Do I need an appointment? - No you don't, just stop in whenever is best for you, we are always ready to serve you. We cater to our customers' needs on a first come, first serve basis.
How long does your service take? - The average service is 15 minutes from check in to check out! Your total time may vary depending on how busy we are.
What are the best times to stop in? - Normally, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday are not quite as busy.
What is included in your regular service? Check out our services page for everything included in our oil change. Some cars require synthetic oil, use filters that are a bit more expensive, or take more than 5 quarts of oil. We do not charge environmental fees, shop fees, rag fees, fees for using the bathroom, or bag check fees. My car is under warranty, don't I have to go to the dealer? - No! You have a choice about where to get your car serviced. It is up to you. All our parts meet or exceed manufacturer specifications and that is all you need to meet your warranty requirements. Don't be bullied! Still aren't sure? Check out what the Federal Trade Commission says about it - "The Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the nation's consumer protection agency, says no. In fact, it's illegal for a dealer to deny your warranty coverage simply because you had routine maintenance or repairs performed by someone else. What are your hours? 8 - 6 Monday to Friday, 8 - 4 on Saturdays and we are closed Sundays. Everyone needs a day off.
My car is special, unique, weird and maybe European, can you still work on it? - We can change the oil on virtually any car, truck, or van that you can get through our doors.
